Being fit in our personal lives can improve our ability to become a Peak Performer at work!

Are You Fit for Business? Are You in Shape?

Because you work extremely hard, do workouts get moved to the bottom of the list, or off the list? Make some time for yourself. A stronger body allows us to be stronger at work. Learn how to get in the shape of your life! Learn how to squeeze a workout into a very busy schedule.

In Susan’s motivational keynote addresses, she often cites Project, Prepare and Persevere® as her guiding principles for achieving business success and personal fulfillment. They are the keys to a philosophy that has enabled her to ascend the heights of corporate America while scaling the world’s highest mountain peaks on each continent.

You too can achieve peak fitness and enjoy the strength and stamina necessary for business success.

Learn how Susan stays in shape to climb mountains and compete on stage. The process will work for you too:

Project, Prepare, Persevere®:  “Project – See yourself on the Summit, Plan & Prepare – We climb mountains one step at a time and Persevere – Go back until you reach the summit.”

Being fit in our personal lives can improve our ability to become a Peak Performer in business. For Sales and Leadership positions, some corporations often hire athletes like Olympians, Football players, etc., because of their drive to win.

A few years ago, Susan began applying these same tenets to a brand new goal: to achieve the level of fitness she needs to excel both as a business leader and mountain climber. She celebrated her birthday by taking first place in the Masters Figure over 50 Class and won an Emerald Cup Bodybuilding Championship. “A very impressive Susan Ershler won the masters figure over fifties over always hard to beat bodybuilders.” Mark Mason
